James is awsome! My appointment was between 8-10 a.m., he called me at 7:50 to inform me that he was 10 minutes away and showed up exactly at 8. He quickly diagnosed my garage door, replaced my door springs (under warranty), adjusted the pulleys/cables, and adjusted/programmed the door opener so that it closed just right. Thank you for your professionalism and job well done! Will definately use you guys again.

My first call to Precision Door Service sought the nature of damage. Very soon after that brief conversation, I received a call from a service man. He asked me the best time for his arrival to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. He arrived soon afterward, inspected the damage, and presented an estimate. I agreed; he left my home assuring me that he would promptly begin and finish work.

I've used them twice at my old home and now my new home and received excellent service both times. Don't know if it was my luck day or what but the last tech (Alex) showed up the same day to fix a minor repair/adjustment. Very knowledgeable. And was gone before my wife got home. She thinks i fixed it. I will tell her soon....one day. I definitely recommend Precision. I should have called sooner!

Stacy and Alex arrived on time, however the CSR I scheduled with had my service order screwed up, and they came prepared to install three new motors. I also had to give her my physical address just before she hung up, as she never asked me for it. And she had my email address wrong on my order. It was apparent she was in a hurry, and PLEASE STOP telling me with every response that it's "beautiful", "amazing", or "perfect". Use a professional dialogue or go automated. Now, Alex and Stacy were VERY professional, personable, and informative. They corrected some minor issues, explained their recommendations, and left me with a sense of confidence in their work and expertise. For two younger service technicians, they did impress me, and that is rare. Thank you for the quick response and friendly service. I appreciate you!

Adam arrived on time, was knowledgeable and did an excellent job in repairing the garage door opener. He took extra time to secure, adjust and lubricate parts that needed maintenance on the frame and door even though he was just called out to repair the motor. I wish all service companies were this professional.

A terrific technician. He wrote two estimates to repair and update our 11 year old garage door. He did not pressure us into a decision, and took time explaining each component on the estimate. The technician came and fixed our garage door quickly and efficiently. But, what I love about the service is that they are willing to come after 5pm. (People work. Who can be there during the day all the time?) So, the ability to work with our schedule and to come the same day that we called is awesome.

Chris was awesome. The service call happened less than 15 minutes after I called. I can't get over how professional the whole process was and I love the fact that they have photos of their techs on the website and there was no surprises in who would show up. Although I still don't agree with being charged for my initial call for repair to my garage unit that is still covered by warranty, I did find the follow up service and installation of the faulty circuit board excellent along with being covered by the warranty. I guess the warranty will pay for a service call as long as a part needs to be replaced.
