You have a third party answer service. They quoted a service charge of 55 and I was charge 65 and i was told the service was scheduled between 8:00 and 12:00. The service tech said his schedule show of 11:00 and 1;00. You have a problem you need to fix it.That is no way to run a business.

They were very polite to come. And we discussed replacing some panels on the garage door. But at this time I was not able to do that. They did not charge me a service call which I thought was very commendable. I will call them when I need to replace those panels.

Originally has a technician out to replace broken door springs in my shop. Excellent service. Since, I found that the original tech accidentally left the spring tension to low to support my door. I called and explained the issue and was told there would be no service charge for the return visit. WELL, there was. $71 to have another very polite tech out the correct the previous techs mistake at my expense. Not my idea of good business but at least the door will stay open now.

My whole experience from the time a representative made an appointment to the very professional service man ( Shelton Kennedy ) was a 5 Star experience . I had no idea of what was needed to repair my garage door that was damaged from accidentally closing on my car . Human error. Shelton very thoroughly examined the entire door and operating system explaining ever aspect of the damage and the options for repair or replacement. I had multiple questions which he answered with great confidence and made me feel that my decision to purchase a new door and appropriate new railing operating system was the best decision for resolving my issue.
