I thought it was just the remote but when he took the time to show me whats happening and that the garage door opener is a 1997. Needless to say a new door and opener is on its way! My appointment was acknowledged for 8:00-10:00 am and Drew called at 8:30 which was super. We had our other opener replaced 3 years ago and everything went great then so we went back for our small golf cart size garage opener. The opener was very old so Drew replaced with a Genie in about an hour. Great service and he also added the GFI protector on both openers so our warranty would not be voided in case of a power surge. Price seemed a little high since only 3 years ago we replaced with Lift Master at $700 but this one was $920 plus the GFI plugs. Service was fast and Drew was a very nice young man. I'm to old to put in an opener on my own so glad your company is available. Thanks

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. Scheduling an appointment was effortless. Clay showed up early after calling to make sure the early arrival was acceptable.
