Ricky arrived between the times set for the service call and proceeded to try to get our garage door opener working. He did succeed in getting it to work but then it stopped again. He finally determined that our opener, which was an ancient Sears model, was worn out. He priced a new belt-driven Liftmaster, installed with two keypads (interior and exterior,), two remotes, backup battery, and warranties and we OK'd the deal. He installed the new opener and hauled off the old one. Ricky was very professional and very courteous. I am very satisfied with the technician and his advice, the product, and the installation. My only complaint is that I had to furnish the two (2) light bulbs for the unit, which Liftmaster should have furnished, considering the cost of the unit!

I recently tried to open my garage door and heard a crack. The door would not open. I called Precision Door and they sent a technician out the next morning. His name was Chris. He explained the problem to me, the repairs that were needed and what my options were. I felt no pressure to buy a new garage door, but after Chris explained to me that he could repair it so it would open, but with the crack in the door, it would need to be replaced eventually, I felt comfortable with my purchase. I appreciated his honesty and his service was excellent. The next day I had a beautiful new garage door and I am so happy and grateful to Chris because he made me feel like I could trust a repairman. That is a first for me. He was so kind and knowledgeable. In a world where you have so many options for products, service becomes the most important aspect of a company. Chris is an asset to Precision Door. He was the best. Thank you so much Chris and thank you Precision Door for providing such excellent service. The young man (I believe his name was Kelvin) that serviced my garage door was knowledgeable, professional and polite. The repairs (new springs) fixed the problem. I was able to speak to a live person on a Sunday to schedule the repair for Monday and that was a plus.

Our garage door broke on Friday and I thought there was no way we could get anyone to fix it because of the weekend. I used the yellow-page directory in hopes of finding someone that would help us with our problem. I was excited when I read your ad. I called and the person I talked to was very nice and assured me Precision could come to fix it on Saturday morning. The technician called at 7:30 am to tell us he was on his way. He was very efficient and it did not take him long to fix it. We were very pleased .Thank you. If anything else happens, we will definitely call Precision and hopefully they can help us again.

the technician arrived at the correct time and went straight to work. I really appreciated his telling me why my previous door was not working any longer. I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc installed in January. Have been having intermittent problems with the door not opening. I have been somewhat frustrated but on a positive note.
