We have been customers for several years. We called to have the door serviced. It had not been serviced for three years and was noisy opening and closing. James has serviced our door before. He said the door needed to be braced due to age related normal wear and tear. They made needed repairs, braced and lubricated as needed leaving it sounding almost good as new. Very professional, excellent work. I highly recommend Precision and employees.

Alex did an excellent job replacing the broken springs on our garage door. I received a call from Alex when he was about 20 minutes away. I've used another company for years, but decided to try Precision because of the quality of springs they advertise. The previous springs installed by a different company only lasted a few years. Alex was very thorough and explained various garage door components, maintenance recommendations, and warranty options. Alex recommended a bearing be replaced on the spring mount, which I opted to have done. Alex was very professional and I was extremely pleased with the service provided. Although the service cost were higher than my previous company, I believe in the long run, paying for higher quality springs will save us money. Sometimes you get what you pay for and I believe this may be true for garage door springs. They even offer a 5% military discount, up to 25.00. Thank you, Merry CHRISTmas, and Happy New Year!

Called our problem in and repair person was here within an hour. We had been locked out of our house because the overhead door would not open (and it was hot outside). Repair and replacement of parts took place immediately...all parts were on truck...no ordering...no waiting. The technician, James, called and arrived at the front of the appointment window. He professionally evaluated the components of the door and made very specific and appropriate repair recommendations. I had both existing garage openers replaced with Liftmaster units with backup battery function. Installation went timely and satisfactorily. However, final cleanup left small pieces of trash and when I asked the installer if he would reprogram the cars for the new openers, his response was disappointing - "I would gladly do it but I am running short on time. But it is easy to do" I reprogrammed one car but the Toyota isn't accepting the new units. Disappointed in that but overall happy with the new equipment. Yes, I would recommend them in the future to family and friends!
