The reason why I called Precision for garage door service on a Saturday. Service Tech was a true professional that solved my problem and offered suggestions for the future with new garage door options. He certainly deserves and earned a five star rating. I was really impressed with the tech options with doing everything on a tablet. I will definetley consider his new door suggestion in the near future.

I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc installed in January. Have been having intermittent problems with the door not opening. I have been somewhat frustrated but on a positive note. Precision came out and is so nice to work with and concerned I get good service. The technician made some adjustments and reassured me if I had any more problems he would be back. Your company is very fortunate to have Chris as an employee.

I chose Precision because of previous work they had performed. The technician displayed great customer service. He arrived on time, properly diagnosed the problem, and completed the garage opener repair promptly. He displayed good product knowledge. Five stars.
