KC came to my house to repair a broken garage door. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and competent. he is a credit to your company. After discussing repair options with him I decided to do more than the minimum repair required just to fix the immediate problem; I also did some upgrades to my door and operating system to prevent future problems. I was very impressed that KC had every thing on his truck to do what I wanted done without future service calls or delays. I will use Precision for any future garage door issues that I may have.

the technician arrived at the correct time and went straight to work. I really appreciated his telling me why my previous door was not working any longer. He was very professional and quick to get the new door up and running. We now have a brand new door, with an outside keypad (new for us to have this) He did a great job and cleaned up all the boxes and used equipment.

The reason why I called Precision for garage door service on a Saturday. Service Tech was a true professional that solved my problem and offered suggestions for the future with new garage door options. He certainly deserves and earned a five star rating. I was really impressed with the tech options with doing everything on a tablet. I will definetley consider his new door suggestion in the near future.

I had a new garage door opener, springs, rollers, etc installed in January. Have been having intermittent problems with the door not opening. I have been somewhat frustrated but on a positive note. Precision came out and is so nice to work with and concerned I get good service. The technician made some adjustments and reassured me if I had any more problems he would be back. Your company is very fortunate to have Chris as an employee.

Our garage door broke on Friday and I thought there was no way we could get anyone to fix it because of the weekend. I used the yellow-page directory in hopes of finding someone that would help us with our problem. I was excited when I read your ad. I called and the person I talked to was very nice and assured me Precision could come to fix it on Saturday morning. The technician called at 7:30 am to tell us he was on his way. He was very efficient and it did not take him long to fix it. We were very pleased .Thank you. If anything else happens, we will definitely call Precision and hopefully they can help us again.
