The technician came and fixed our garage door quickly and efficiently. But, what I love about the service is that they are willing to come after 5pm. (People work. Who can be there during the day all the time?) So, the ability to work with our schedule and to come the same day that we called is awesome.

Chris was awesome. The service call happened less than 15 minutes after I called. I can't get over how professional the whole process was and I love the fact that they have photos of their techs on the website and there was no surprises in who would show up. If you are looking for quick, expert service at a fair price, I recommend Precision.

Ricky was my service guy. He was top drawer, really knowledgeable, personable and competent. Explained everything, what to expect, up front about pricing. If every service call in my life was like this one, my life would be much less stressful. Thanks.

Ricky was our technician and I'm pleased to say that he was professional, courteous and polite. He was very knowledgable and experienced, and gave great advice. They squeezed us in between 2 other jobs and Ricky is from Hensley, which is a good bit of travel from Little Rock. Very impressed. Thanks!

We called to have a spring repaired, but it turned out that the whole door was damaged and had to be replaced. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job of explaining all of our options and the difference in quality levels. 4 days later and we have a new door that gives our house a whole new look. Overall extremely pleased with the service from Precision Door.

I normally don't write reviews but will this time as I am very pleased with this company. I haven't seen the level of professionalism exhibited by your technician in a long time. He knows what he's doing, is enthusiastic about his product and is eager and excited to share information. He showed me the problems and explained their solutions. He was thorough, polite and made me feel comfortable that I'd picked the right company for service. This is what customer service used to be like and SHOULD STILL be like. I proactively asked Ricky to place his company's information above our control panel and made sure he included his name so I'll know exactly who to ask for the next time I have any garage door issues or need a new system.

Chose due to Maumelle connection. This was a door repair. Replaced the spring. Tech was very courteous, thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done. Identified potential future problems (I'm sure due to age of the unit) and estimated those costs. I thought him to be very knowledgeable and I am completely satisfied with his work. Give you a 5 in all areas and will call you when another problem develops. (Hopefully not in the near future.) Thank you for the fast response to the problem.

Our technician was very prompt, professional and knowledgable. He performed the inspection and gave us the options for repair. Price was a little higher than expected but since it was a same day after hours repair we can understand. Thanks for the very good service
