Needed the spring replaced when it broke on Friday night...Precision was able to have a technician come on Saturday morning to complete the repair.....Joe Shuffield was very courteous & thorough in his assessment/explaining the best options for us. Selected ‘Precision‘ based on their reliability & excellent track record with customers. Would highly recommend them for their quality work & products!

We have been customers for several years. We called to have the door serviced. It had not been serviced for three years and was noisy opening and closing. James has serviced our door before. He said the door needed to be braced due to age related normal wear and tear. They made needed repairs, braced and lubricated as needed leaving it sounding almost good as new. Very professional, excellent work. I highly recommend Precision and employees.
