A mistake was made in the installation of new springs on my garage door. The result was a different problem occurring. Alex was my technician today. He installed new springs and new cables on my garage door at no additional cost to me. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency and will recommend and continue to use this company. I was not sure who to call when I needed my door worked on. Google search found you guys and I saw your business hours for Saturday fit my needs. Service was prompt and Alex was very personable. A new garage door wasn't on my list of things to purchase right now, but buying a new one was affordable and repairing and 20+ year old door just didn't seem like a long term solution. Looking forward to having my new door installed.
