We called to have a spring repaired, but it turned out that the whole door was damaged and had to be replaced. Our technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did an excellent job of explaining all of our options and the difference in quality levels. 4 days later and we have a new door that gives our house a whole new look. Overall extremely pleased with the service from Precision Door.

I normally don't write reviews but will this time as I am very pleased with this company. I haven't seen the level of professionalism exhibited by your technician in a long time. He knows what he's doing, is enthusiastic about his product and is eager and excited to share information. He showed me the problems and explained their solutions. He was thorough, polite and made me feel comfortable that I'd picked the right company for service. This is what customer service used to be like and SHOULD STILL be like. I proactively asked Ricky to place his company's information above our control panel and made sure he included his name so I'll know exactly who to ask for the next time I have any garage door issues or need a new system.

Chose due to Maumelle connection. This was a door repair. Replaced the spring. Tech was very courteous, thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done. Identified potential future problems (I'm sure due to age of the unit) and estimated those costs. I thought him to be very knowledgeable and I am completely satisfied with his work. Give you a 5 in all areas and will call you when another problem develops. (Hopefully not in the near future.) Thank you for the fast response to the problem.

They were able to get someone to our house on the same day that I inquired about service, and the individual that serviced our garage door was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. My service tech arrived and immediately found the problem and explained my service options. I asked him the price and he gave me the rate & I was able to quickly make a decision and he was quick to replace my garage door opener and controls. He explained my warranty and gave me paperwork and was gone within a short amount of time. I was very pleased.
