Forgot I had a warranty from 10 years ago. Spring broke late yesterday. I called at 4:30 pm. Taylor, personable young service guy showed up at 8:30am and fixed by 9:45am. Warranty covered, just paid a service fee!

Excellent service from a great Precision tech named Drew. He was very thorough checking out the garage door problem and then explaining how it could be repaired. Drew is the kind of tech a company is proud to have representing them. He was very respectful and patient with the customers questions. Precision is the only company we will call for our garage door needs. A Precision tech will respond on the same day you call them. Great service!

Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.
