Although the video on their website states that their technicians carry several different springs on their trucks, they do not carry ANY extension springs on them. I explained when I scheduled the appointment that I had a broken extension spring. Now I’ve wasted a day off from work and will have to re-schedule. They can’t come back the same day and fix it. No thanks!! I called a competitor of theirs and they will fix the problem for $170 instead of the $370 quoted by Precision.

5 stars! Called 30 minutes before arrival! On time,gave estimate on cost to repair door, then went to work! Not only repaired springs but other items that I showed them! Fast and efficient! Great service! Would recommend them to everyone!
